Privacy policy regarding Alexa skill “Tech Open Air”

When using the skill no individual-related data are gathered, processed or stored by Evenly.

In order to improve the user experience the Amazon User ID is used, which is different for every skill installation. This way we can differentiate between new and recurring users and for example keep introductory texts and explanations short. Evenly can draw no conclusions from that regarding possible preferences or the usage of other skills.

Maintenance

We are using Amazon Amazon Web Services (AWS) in order to run the skill. This way data are only sent to the infrastructure when the skill is voice-activated and used.

For the use and registration of Alexa and other related digital offerings the use and data protection regulations of Amazon Media EU S.à.r.l. apply.

Tracking

We are using Amazon “Skill Metrics” in order to find out how often the different features of the skills are used. These evaluations are based on data gathered by Amazon for every skill. For this data are gathered and stored anonymously.
