funk

funk is the online-only youth program by the two German public broadcasters ARD and ZDF (Junges Angebot von ARD und ZDF). It was launched on October 1st 2016 and is the first online-only offering by the German public broadcasters with the app, developed by us, being a centerpiece of the program.

The app offers access to international TV shows without ads as well as exciting, informative and entertaining stories being told in the app. With the keep & kick feature users can decide what to see. Over time the app will show only content that is interesting to the user.

We are managing both mobile platforms and developing the iOS app.
