Digitizing collaborative processes: the domino-coaching app

For senior care provider domino-world we created an app for Android phones and tablets in order to digitize and streamline their (mental) health assessment and coaching process.

Senior care provider domino-world has developed their own (mental) health assessment and coaching process, which they use in all their facilities for outpatient and stationary care. We created an app for Android phones and tablets in React Native in order to digitize the coaching process, which was done on paper until now.

With the app the domino-world coaches can conduct assessments of the patients when they first enter the facility, monitor the coaching process and submit forms for approval to team leads. Team leads receive notifications for forms they need to approve and can give feedback to completed forms. The app automatically evaluates the points the patients receive during the assessments and suggests further proceedings.

The app is built with a focus on data security in order to protect the patients’ privacy and was evaluated via penetration test.

We have been maintaining and updating the app with additional features like special coaching processes for patients with depression and dementia since 2020.

As the domino-coaching app is for the use by domino-world only it is not publicly available in the Play Store.
